We employ evidence-based mindfulness approaches to leadership coaching and team coaching. All our services can be delivered onsite or online.
Individual or 1-1 Leadership Coaching
Leadership coaching starts with setting up a complimentary discovery call to open the doors to exploration and fit.
As a leader, you are encouraged to be in the driver’s seat of your coaching journey. You will set the site and vision for your quest, and we will select the coaching protocol or intervention that will best serve you.
We will tailor our program to your goals, aspirations, and intended outcomes, adjusting the course according to your needs and progress. Consistency, commitment, and communication are critical to this process.
Once a contract is established, we will collaborate with you to map out a consistent schedule, meeting weekly or every other week until the contract has been completed.
Team Coaching
Our team coaching services include:
