Bonnie Kowaliuk is an eclectic mindfulness coach and leadership consultant with background designations as a registered social worker, accredited music therapist and business leadership consultant who over the course of the past 6 years has been exploring brain based approaches to learning, transformational leadership, health and wellness.

She has completed her training requirements relative to obtaining her designation as a Fellow of the Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music which employs music assisted mindfulness and psychotherapeutic approaches to help address a wide range of issues from health and wellness to optimal learning and performance.

Co-Active Coaching

What is Co-Active Coaching?

Co-Active Coaching encourages self-awareness and courageous action to help you connect with yourself and others.

  • The “Co” in Co-Active implies relationships, a web of intimacy, trust, and collaboration. We will work closely to stay curious, listen with intent, and foster intuition throughout the process.
  • The “Active” in Co-Active refers to intentional action. We will empower you with clarity and conviction to take charge and strive towards goal-driven results.’

    Mindfulness

    What is Mindfulness? 

     Mindfulness is the ability to be consciously aware of the present moment. It involves a state of mind and a set of tools to become empowered, compassionate, and grateful.

    How can Mindfulness help me?

    Mindfulness can help you look at your life with clarity and without judgment.

    This sense of enlightenment and awareness allows you to become response-able, so you can navigate challenges in a conscious way rather than simply reacting.

    Senses Mindfulness Coaching currently offers the following mindfulness workshops:

    • Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction — 8 weeks plus a half-day silent retreat.
    • Yoga Cognitive Behavior Therapy — 6 weeks with an option for a half-day retreat.
    • Gottman 7 Principles of Making Marriage Work — 8 weeks plus a half-day couples retreat.

    Guided Imagery and Music (GIM)

    What is Guided Imagery and Music?

    Guided Imagery and Music (also known as GIM) consist of prescribed classical music programs where music is used as a tool for personal development.

    Created by music therapist and psychologist Helen Bonny, GIM seeks to unlock emotional insights and engage your creative brain in the healing process.

    How can Guided Imagery and Music help me?

    GIM programs support you while in a semi-altered state of consciousness to access your inner capacity to restore and transform.

    We will select a specific music program that meets your needs at the moment. This process will evoke spontaneous imagery and uncover repressed memories and associations. The goal is to transport you to deeper focus, greater awareness, and self-exploration.
