What to expect from Senses Mindfulness Coaching

Regardless of your package of choice, this is what you can expect from your Senses journey:

  • Duration: Each coaching session varies in length depending on your goals and the coaching needed to support
  • Delivery: We offer coaching services in person, via phone, Zoom, or off site through mobile outreach to ensure flexibility, privacy, and accessibility.
  • Coaching models: You can choose from different coaching models {LINK TO ABOUT PAGE}, including Co-Active Coaching, Mindfulness, Guided Imagery and Music (also known as GIM), or a combination of any of them.
  • Currency: All coaching rates {LINK TO RATES PAGE} are in CAD currency.

Senses Journey: Step by Step

Step 1: Getting to know each other.

Once you have made a decision, we’ll complete a service contract outlining terms, schedule, cancellation, and refund policy.

Step 2: Investing in yourself.

We’ll give you the option to invest in individual 1-1 sessions or one of our four pre-paid personal investment packages. We encourage you to commit to a minimum of a 6-month package to make the most of your coaching program. But the choice is yours.

Once you have made a decision, we’ll complete a service contract outlining terms, schedule, cancellation, and refund policy.

Step 3: Reassessing.

At the end of your coaching package, we’ll offer a complimentary closure session to assess if you’d like to continue services, take a break, or end your coaching contract.

If you renew your coaching package or refer family, friends, and colleagues who invest in one of our offers, you’ll receive a 25% discount towards future coaching services.
