1.  What were some of the benefits or take aways from being involved with the GIM process?  How long were you engaged?

The benefits make you aware of your personal life or crisis and how to develop strategies. I have been engaged in GIM from Oct2015-Jan 2017

2.  Describe Bonnie’s coaching approach and style. What was it in this process with her that you connected with?

Bonnie has been a genuine, nurturing coach teaching positive alternatives and strategies for a positive lifestyle. Awareness has been fundamental to change.

3.  Would you recommend Senses Mindfulness Coaching to your family, friends, colleagues and’/or professional networks? Why?

Yes, GIM had helped me focus and stay on task for future relationship enhancements.

4.  How did this process transform and assist in your personal and/or professional growth and development?  How and what did you heal?

psycho analysis of negative influences turned them into positives. Looking inward to project outward refreshed visions for a better life.

5.  What was the single most important gain/positive outcome that stands out for you?

The review of life goals and accomplishments astonished me through my drawings mandalas and analysis of my progress in print.
